What counts as a video?
One delivered video up to ~3 minutes, in both 16:9 and (on Growth+) 9:16, with captions and the publish kit. Re-editing a delivered video is free; failed shoots never consume a credit.
Why don't you charge per seat?
Per-seat pricing exists because a human does the work in those tools. Here the crew is the software — you pay for finished videos, and your whole team can share the account.
Is it safe to give you a login?
Use a test account, never production admin. Credentials are encrypted (AES-256), used only during your approved shoot, and you can delete them any time. The agent executes only the storyboard you approved — nothing else.
What if my product changes?
Re-brief the same video and the crew re-films it against your current UI — a fresh shoot costs one credit, and your docs regenerate with it. Automatic change monitoring is on the roadmap; Scale customers get it first.
What does the API do?
Scale plans can create videos programmatically: POST a URL and a goal, poll status, download finished MP4s. Perfect for filming every new feature as part of your release process.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — you keep access and remaining credits until the end of the paid period. Unused credits from a purchase are refundable within 14 days.
