Privacy Policy

DemoTonight makes demo and tutorial videos of your product: you give us a URL and a goal, our system films your product in a real browser, and you get finished videos and docs. Doing that job requires holding some of your data. This page says exactly what we hold, why, and how to delete it.

What we collect, and why

• Your email address — to sign you in (magic links, no passwords) and send you delivery notifications.
• Your briefs — the URLs, goals, titles, and brand kit (logo, colors, slogan, voice choice) you give us. This is the creative direction for your videos.
• Test-account credentials (optional) — if your product needs a login to film, you can store test-account credentials in the vault. They are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, decrypted only for the duration of a shoot you approved, never shown in any interface after saving, and you can hard-delete them at any time. Never give us a production admin account.
• What we film — during a shoot our crew visits your site, and page content is processed by our AI director to write the storyboard and narration you approve. Recordings, screenshots, and generated docs are stored so you can download and re-edit them.
• Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers; we keep only your subscription status and credit balance.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or share your data with advertisers. No ad trackers, no analytics cookies — the only cookie is your session.
• We don't use your content to train AI models.
• We don't film anything beyond the storyboard you approved: every click in a shoot comes from the approved shot list, and destructive actions (delete, pay, send) are never proposed or executed.
• We don't access your site outside of shoots you initiated.

Who touches your data

• AI processing — storyboards, narration scripts, and docs are drafted with Anthropic's Claude models. Inputs are page text and your brief; your credentials are never included in AI prompts.
• Stripe — payments and subscription billing.
• Resend — transactional email (sign-in links, delivery notices). No marketing email without your consent.
• Everything else — filming, rendering, storage — runs on infrastructure we operate.

Retention & deletion

• Videos, docs, and projects stay in your account until you delete them.
• Deleting a credential, video, or project removes it immediately; storage is purged within 30 days.
• To delete your whole account and everything in it, email bknn0922@gmail.com from your account address — we complete deletion within 30 days and confirm.

Security

All traffic is TLS-encrypted. Credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM using keys held only on our servers. Shoots run in isolated browser sessions that are destroyed after filming. If we ever discover a breach affecting your data, we will notify you by email without undue delay.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time — most of it directly in the app, and anything else by emailing us. If you're in a jurisdiction with specific data-protection rights (GDPR, CCPA), those rights apply and we honor them.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll email account holders before the change takes effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
